Rules
In order to guarantee you a comfortable stay, the Direction of Venezia Camping Village invites our guests to respect the following rules:
1)The entrance to the camping must be authorized by the Direction by presenting people's identity cards or passports, or driving license in order to allow their legal registration, One document will be given back to you after your payment. For the bungalow you have to pay the total amount at the moment of check in. Camping customers’ friends can have a visit to the camping by deposing one document on Reception; if they stay more than one hour they have to pay normal camping tariff. Payment must be done on the point on leaving when your car is on front of the reception. For payments with credit cards or cash cards the campsite provides for some charges that could vary from season to season. This amount will be displayed at the reception. If the payment with credit card/bancomat does not work, please provide with cash.
2)entry allowed to campsite clients only, people found inside will be denunce by art. 614 c.p.p. which provide for imprisonment till 3 years)
3)Our kind guests are invited to expose inside their vehicle or over the tent the numbered plate delivered at the check-in, so that it can be easily displayed
4) The direction could discretional give an electric transponder for the access to the camping through the driveway. It will allow you to open the car gate (from 08.00 a.m. to 11 p.m in summer. – 10.00 p.m. in other times) and to the forecourt which is accessible at any time. In case of loss a sum of € 5,00 will be debited.
6) The pitch is chosen by the Direction . The Direction has the chance to move the group to another area if necessary. It is permitted to place 1 vehicle for each area. Eventual damage to the structures of the camping will be debited to the guest. Maximum number of person in each place is 4.
7) The number of days that you spend on our camping is based on the number of nights. The cash is open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. The check out for the camping places must be before 12.00 a.m (Supplement for departures after 12 a.m. and before 05 p.m. ). Departure after 05.00 p.m. pay one more night. ; for mobile homes, before 10,00. Later, you will be debited another night. Arrivals (Pitch) are expected from 08.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. (10.00 p.m. in autumn and winter), bungalows from 04 p.m to 11 p.m. (10.00 p.m. in autumn and winter). If the guests arrive before 4.00 pm (check-in time) they can use our luggage storage for €5.00 or park the car for free.
8) Under-age people (up to 18 years old) must be accompanied by their parents or by one major person who will be considered responsible by the Direction.
9) 9) The deposit paid will be retained if the guest does not cancel the reservation at least 2 days before arrival (for bungalows and pitches). The Direction will ask to groups a deposit of €500.00 used just in case of damages to the structure.
10) From 11.00 p.m. to 07,00 a.m. we recommend to observe maximum silence. During that period it is forbidden to circulate with vehicles or with bicycles. Our guests are invited to reduce the noise and to keep the volume of the TV/radio as low as not to disturb other guests. on the back side of the bar you can find a special area for people which do not want to disturb).
11) Our guests must take care of their own things: the Direction is not responsible for eventual stealing or damaging inside the camping, as to the art. 1785-quinquies c.c. The Direction is not responsible for damage due to athmospherical events, trees and branches fall fire, act of God, acts of vandalism, not caused by the Direction.
12) The Direction is not responsible for eventual damage to your vehicle caused by other people.
13) The speed of every vehicle inside the camping must be less than 5km/h.
14) Guests must respect hygiene, health and vegetation of the camping. It is forbidden to light fire, to barbecue, to bind to trees ropes, strings, cords, or hammocks. It is strictly forbidden to drain sewage water in the lay-by. The lawbreaker will be denounced for environmental damages to the right authorities.
Electrical cable and installation required for electrical connection ( 6 Ampere – 220V - 1.200 W) must be legally certified by CE (needed brand) and have not to show fracture or any kind of abrasion; if such indications will be not respected, cable and installation will be immediately removed to preserve all people security.
Prohibited electric heating.
15) Pets are allowed on the pitches and in the bungalows at a surcharge; we recommend to keep dogs on the leash and with a muzzle, presenting a health certificate. Their owners are furthermore responsible for eventual damage caused. We also recommend to use the specific bins to throw their corporeal needs, and to clean the ground. Max. 2 Pets on the place/bungalow.
16) In order to use of the wellness area, consult its proper rules. Swimming Pool: each boy less than 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is entirely responsible of him. The person who will be caught inside the wellness center without the payment of the entry (payment at the reception) will be discretional expelled from the camping. You have always to bring with you the proof of payment.
17) We advise our guests that it is strictly forbidden to clean out the camper WC inside toilets. Make use of the appropriate camper service or chemical WC which are indicated in the map. Trespassers will be persecuted by the law 319/76.
18) The Direction has the right to modify these rules in case of need, and to expel people who do not respect them. The Direction has the right to admit and to retain.
19) These rules will be given to each group head, and by entrying the camping all components of the group will completely accept it.
